What we collect
We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what's collected automatically while you browse the site.
Information you give us directly:
Your name, email address and phone number, if you submit the contact form. Any details about your vehicle or the service you're enquiring about, if you include them in your message. Anything you send us directly via WhatsApp, phone or email.
Information collected automatically:
This website is built on Wix Studio and uses Wix Analytics. Wix, as our website platform, automatically collects some technical data from every visitor as part of running the site, including your IP address and session information such as pages viewed, time spent on the site, and how you arrived here. This happens regardless of whether you submit the contact form. See the Cookie Policy for the specific cookies used.
We don't use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or any other third-party advertising or tracking tool on this site.
How we use your information
To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email. To arrange and deliver the detailing service you've booked. To understand how visitors use the site, via Wix Analytics, so we can improve it.
We don't use your information for marketing emails or newsletters unless you separately ask us to, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Payment services
If you choose to pay via Klarna, Clearpay or Payment Assist, that transaction happens directly between you and that provider, not on this website. We don't collect, see, or store your payment details or any customer data from that process. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your information:

Who we share your information with
We don't share, sell or pass on your personal information to third parties, other than:
Wix.com, as the platform that hosts this website and processes technical visitor data on our behalf. A trusted third-party partner who manages the website's technical operation on our behalf, and who has access to any data held within the site's Wix dashboard solely for that purpose. Where required by law, for example if legally compelled to disclose information to a regulatory or law enforcement body.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry and booking-related information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and meet any legal or accounting obligations, then delete it. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we'll action it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, ask us to delete your information, and object to how we're using your information.
